Seven casual elections are under way to fill vacant seats in Malta's House of Representatives after seven Partit Nazzjonalista MPs ceded their positions. The President of Malta formally commissioned the Electoral Commission to conduct the process, and the Electoral Commission published the writ in the Government Gazette on the date of the announcement. The vacancies span seven electoral divisions.

Stephen Spiteri held a seat in the Third Division; Conrad Borg Manché represented the Fifth Division. The Seventh Division accounts for two vacancies, with both Adrian Delia and Rebekah Borg stepping down. In the Tenth Division, Mark Anthony Sammut and Joseph Giglio also ceded their seats, while Alex Borg's vacancy falls in the Twelfth Division.

The nomination window runs from 9 to 13 June, with vote counting set to begin on 16 June. Eligibility is restricted to candidates who contested the relevant electoral district in the 30 May 2026 general election but were not elected. Nominations can be submitted in person at the Electoral Commission offices in Naxxar or online through the commission's website.
